How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive.
What is your return policy for equipment and apparel?
We accept returns of unworn apparel and unused equipment in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital subscriptions are non-refundable.
How do I care for my barre3 Core Ball?
To keep your Core Ball in top shape, wipe it down with a damp cloth and mild soap after use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement.
